About 3 years ago, after spending an inordinate amount of time searching with frustration for a high-quality piece of furniture to hold our oversized TV and entertainment system, all my wife and I could find to meet our needs was the cookie-cutter mass-produced stuff. Most of it was actually just composed of wood-veneer, and it was boring and lacked character. Then we stopped into Szantho Woodworks and met owner Tamas Szantho, and were immediately impressed--not only by his work, but also by his ability to listen and meet his customers' needs. With Tamas’ help, we designed exactly what we needed. He soon built two outstanding pieces of furniture for us, at a price that was much lower that we had anticipated. To this day, we continue to receive compliments on his work!
